I hate liking someone who doesn't like me back.

It makes me miss that person even more and it makes me want to try even harder for that person to like me. No matter what happens, I’m always trying to make them like me & whatnot. It’s sometimes annoying, but at the same time, it sometimes gives me that hope of wanting to know someone before falling for them at the wrong time.
My new years resolution is to be my own person from now on.
